Once an order has been shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

LuggageCenter ships within the United States only. We do not accept orders from outside the United States. All orders must have a valid U.S. shipping address. We apologize for any inconvenience.


4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all orders qualify for FREE shipping. There are no minimum order requirements or hidden fees. Free standard shipping is available to all 50 states within the United States.

4.2 What are your shipping options?

We offer free standard shipping to all destinations within the United States only. All orders are shipped via standard ground shipping methods.

4.3 How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) from the date of purchase. Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

4.4 Can I expedite my order?

We currently offer free standard shipping only. We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered via standard ground shipping within 4-7 business days.

4.5 Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories?

Yes, we ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii may be slightly longer due to the distance involved.

4.6 Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we can ship to P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO military addresses via standard shipping methods. Please note that delivery times may vary for these address types.

4.7 Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@luggagecenters.com. Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property and with neighbors, wait 48 hours, then contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.

4.9 What happens if my package arrives damaged?

If your package appears to be damaged upon delivery, do not refuse the shipment. Accept the delivery, take clear photos of the damaged packaging and items, and contact us within 5 business days at info@luggagecenters.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the damage.


5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer; items returned after 30 days; items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".

All eligible returns enjoy FREE return shipping.

5.2 How do I initiate a return?
