P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses
We are able to ship to P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO military addresses via standard shipping methods. Please note that delivery times may vary for these address types.
7. DELIVERY ISSUES
Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be damaged upon delivery:
- Do not refuse the shipment - Please accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and items.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@luggagecenters.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the damage.
- We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:
- Check around your property, with neighbors, or with your building's mailroom/concierge.
- Wait 48 hours, as tracking information may be updated after the actual delivery.
- If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at info@luggagecenters.com within 5 business days of the delivery date shown in the tracking information.
- We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will typically:

- Hold the package at a local facility for a specified period
Please follow the carrier's instructions to retrieve your package. If you are unable to retrieve your package, contact us and we will assist you in arranging a new delivery.
