This Payment Policy outlines the payment methods, procedures, and terms accepted by LuggageCenter. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the payment terms set forth in this policy.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for all orders:

  • Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollar).

3. Payment Security

Fraud Prevention: We employ advanced fraud detection systems. If we identify a potentially fraudulent order, we may contact you for additional verification before processing.

4. Order Validation and Payment Capture

Payment Capture: Payment is captured at the time your order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your payment is successfully processed.

Currency: All prices are listed in USD. Please note that LuggageCenter currently ships within the United States only. Orders from outside the United States will not be accepted.

5. Order Cancellation and Modification

Free Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order for free within 24 hours of placing your order, provided your order has not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@luggagecenters.com with your order number.

If your order has already shipped, please accept the shipment and initiate a return once it arrives. Refused shipments may result in additional charges.

After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Refund Processing for Cancelled Orders: Refund requests for eligible cancelled orders will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation. This timeframe applies to order cancellations made prior to shipment.

Modification Limitations: We are unable to modify shipping addresses or order details once an order has been placed. Please ensure all information is correct before completing your purchase. For orders that have been paid but not yet shipped, please contact us within 24 hours of placement and we will attempt to accommodate your request; however, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

6. Billing Information

The billing address must match the address associated with your payment card. Please ensure that your billing address is complete and accurate, the name on the order matches the name on the payment card, and the ZIP code matches the billing address on file with your bank.

7. Refunds

For standard returns (non-cancellation scenarios), please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of return approval.
